We offer IT support services to our customers in the form of maintenance agreements. Our service is structured as follows. When choosing an IT partner, you may first need an “assessment.” In other words, you consider what your IT operating environment looks like. This is easy to get started with—we draw a picture. A picture usually means a semi-technical document for documentation purposes that describes the most important components of the environment in a logical and/or physical sense. The purpose is typically to give decision-makers a picture from which they can understand the operating environment as a whole at a glance.

We also create documentation for our partners as a basis for competitive tendering of IT support partners—in other words, if you’re looking for someone who can help but can’t answer tough questions, we can be your partner to guide you forward.

We don’t push a single solution—for us, Azure and Amazon are equally valuable tools in the toolkit. If your starting point is different, you already know what you have and need a reliable partner to do daily work with you—in a consultative, developmental spirit—we’re your partner.

We have at least two people assigned to each partner. We’re also happy to take full responsibility for the entire environment as an IT Manager service. Our typical support partner currently employs 50-250 people in an expert organization that doesn’t have its own IT staff.

We respond to support needs remotely and on-site with regular visit arrangements. Project work—if you need someone in addition to your own support partner to implement a specific change, such as deploying a wireless network, we’re a brand-agnostic hands-on implementer who delivers your solution on a contract basis. Our most extensive wireless network solutions have included the construction and security implementation of wireless Wi-Fi 6 networks with over 450 access points.
